Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint are a perfect choice for both casual simracers as well as eSports professionals. A strong, compact and highly adjustable design with custom electronics and powerful SmartControl software. Fully adjustable pedal geometry and force (up to 65kg at the brake), limitless configuration options in the software.
Sim Pedals Sprint Baseplate
With the Sim Pedals Sprint being able to cope with high brake loads, a sturdy mount to your simulator rig is an absolute must. If you do not want mount the pedals directly to your rig but want to put them on a baseplate first, we offer an optional rigid mounting solution. The Sim Pedals Sprint baseplate allows for flexible positioning of individual pedals and also comes with an adjustable heel plate.
With the brake of the Sim Pedals Sprint being able to cope with up to 65kg of force, standard pedal mounting plates of rigs often show excessive flex under these loads. This baseplate helps to create a solid platform to mount the pedals on your rig.
The baseplate assembly consists of multiple elements: A pedal plate on which you mount the pedals, a height adjustable heel plate as well as two brackets which are used to secure the baseplate to an underlying frame.
Mounting hardware is supplied to mount the pedals to the baseplate, as well as hardware to mount the baseplate to a 6mm thick underlying plate.
Sim Pedals Ultimate
Sim Pedals Sprint
Every tenth of a second counts! If you’re looking for pedals that help you to be both quick and consistent, look no further. Years of experience and all new testing methods have been used during the development of this innovative top-of-the line simulator product: the Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint.
The Sim Pedals Sprint are a strong, compact and highly adjustable design, with the main parts made out of CNC precision laser cut steel. Mathematical models were made to accurately calculate pedal travel and force curves, predicting with great accuracy how each pedal behaves in different configurations.
All metal profiles either have a RAL7016 Anthracite Grey fine-structure powder coat or a bead blasted semi-gloss metallic look.
The pedals include all new concepts for bearings and pivot points in order to minimize unnecessary play. Automated testing routines have been used to simulate up to 1 million duty cycles.
Durable load cells measure throttle and clutch position and force applied to the brake. Unlike designs with rotary potentiometers, load cells provide true linear output in relation to your pedal output. They are insensitive to dust and dirt and do not wear out, resulting in unmatched accuracy and durability over time.
Custom developed and EMC tested electronics make sure each pedal responds instantly and accurately in your favorite simulator software. The included SmartControl software allows easy configuration of deadzones, brake force and customize (non-linear) pedal output curves.
When operating the Sim Pedals Sprint near their maximum force capability, they need a very sturdy mount to your rig. If you want to mount your pedals to a baseplate first instead of mounting them individually, our Sim Pedals Sprint Baseplate is your product of choice.
Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Ultimate are suitable for high-end professional motorsport simulators. A strong, stiff, compact and durable design using custom developed 12bit USB electronics for an instant and accurate response. Maximum brake force is 136kg (300lbs), maximum clutch force is 45kg (100lbs). Fully adjustable pedal geometry and pedal force & adjustable hydraulic damping on every individual pedal.
Race simulations are getting more and more realistic. If you want to up your game, standard pedals won’t do the job. Heusinkveld Engineering presents some of the highest quality, most adjustable and affordable pedals on the market: the Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Ultimate. This high-end pedal set can be used in the most demanding environments and is capable of simulating the pedal forces as experienced in F1 and LMP-cars.
The Sim Pedals Ultimate are a full-hydraulic pedal set: All 3 pedals feature an adjustable hydraulic damper. As pedal assemblies in real cars have hydraulic flow through hoses, tubes and cylinders, we use these to simulate the damping effect that these assemblies normally provide.
The brake and the clutch both feature a 2-way damper. This damper adds resistance depending on how fast the pedal is pressed or released. The throttle pedal features a damper which resists speed at the ingoing stroke. This helps with smoothing the throttle application and it is also used on some real race cars for this purpose. The resistance of all dampers can be adjusted.
The hydraulic system of the Sim Pedals Ultimate has proven to be ultra-reliable and does not require periodic maintenance. Even in the unlikely case of a failure, all hydraulic dampers can easily be removed while the pedal still retains its basic functionality as the pedal sensors are separated from the hydraulic circuit.
